Planning a party or shower? Then look no further, the Inwood Clubhouse has everything you need! Inwood Clubhouse is an affordable option for your party rental (located in the center of Joliet) where you will enjoy a wooded setting and a friendly atmosphere. Our Clubhouse features 2 big screen TVs and 3 smaller TVs to ensure that your guests do not miss a game being aired on cable. We also have 3 TVs nestled outside under our new screened-in porch and pavilion. Rent the Inwood Clubhouse Rental Rates: $75.00 per hour 3 Hour Special: $200.00 Advanced deposit is required at the time of booking your event. Confirmation of number of people required 7 days prior to your event. This is the number you will be charged for plus any additional guests you may have. Should you choose to bring in an outside caterer or cater your own event
there will be a per-person charge added to your hourly room rate. Absolutely no outside
or donated beverages allowed. We will have a bartender on staff to accommodate your needs.
We do expect that the rooms be left in the condition they were found or a clean-up fee will be added to your event bill. Thank you for your consideration!
